Physical Products:

As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow store returns or exchanges. We will keep you updated when we start back accepting returns and exchanges. 

Digital Products:

We will not allow refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
